Know Your Customer

the course was absolutely fun! 

stayed at Horrizon Hotel for two days. it's a new hotel, really nice. we got the Penthouse and it's superb. i love the bathroom, especially. we can clearly tell how the owner loves wood thingy. 

just that, 
the Front Desk was so bad. 
their service was ugly and bad. like, this BAD
